Cancellation & Refund Policy
We have a strict no refund policy. Upon purchasing an online order or booking a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the total on their invoice is a non-refundable payment. In order to receive a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to soulplatterswagga@gmail.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date. If cancelling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If cancelling within 48 hours of your booked date, no credits will be issued.
Terms of Service
Thank you so much for supporting small & local. We offer contact free delivery to all 2650 postcodes. If the item is a gift, we kindly ask that the sender coordinates with the recipient to receive the package. We are not responsible for items once they have been delivered.
Social Responsibility Requirements
All alcohol delivery must be accepted by a recipient over 18 years of age. Identification must be government issued and include the person’s photograph and date of birth. It is against our policy, and the law to supply or deliver liquor to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated.
